I'm Nisha Sanders, certified business consultant and corporate wellness specialist. And I built my own coaching business from the ground up.

Here's where I started: in-home personal training at $25 an hour. I changed my own life through holistic practice — nutrition, movement, functional medicine, energy work, all of it. And I had helped others for free. So I knew that if I could just get clients, I coukd make a difference for people's lives and work for myself full time.

So I figured out how to package my knowledge into something worth more than my time. I ignored imposter syndrome that whispered "you're not good enough, you don't have enough experience, who are you to charge premium?" And I tripled my rates.
